I love this place. Out of all of the Dunkin ' 's for me this is in the top five. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food drinks are good. They really are helpful because they go out their way to try to satisfy you. Also they actually stir thecoffee to make the sugar cream are blended. They also check to make sure I get the right order by checking even using my nameand repeating the order back to me.
I just wanted a signature ice pumpkin latte but no pumpkin, because I want to get deal, the employee Tahmina she said she can?t do that but I told her, I don?t want sugar give me pumpkin on side she gets rude she was yanking in Bangla and throwing thethings, she gets aggressive, throw the coffee madly, very bad customer service.
The service here is quite good. My orders are always accurate, and the line moves quickly. I usually prefer to drive through, but I did go inside once, so I can’t comment on how efficiently the indoor line moves. I'm sure the staff recognizes me by now!
I really enjoy DD and what they have to offer. However this particular DD is some what disorganized., specifically their pricing, one day one price next day something different) . They were not very gracious either. Book a table now
The service was quick and efficient; I ordered two coffees and a couple of doughnuts, and they were ready in under five minutes. The staff was really friendly and very helpful as well.
The cashier was also the server. She took our order. Told her I was really hungry and she quickly made our stuff and gave me an extra donut to eat while waiting for our bagel
They close at 8 PM but stop taking orders at 7:15 PM, which is ridiculous. You can only get coffee after that. Terrible customer service!
Place is really cramped. Crammed in a corner of the mini mart but the service is good! Book a table now
