Dunkin' can be wonderful when the food is made properly. I had a delightful experience at this location when I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and the bacon was cooked just right. The female staff were friendly and welcoming. I've visited other Dunkin' locations before where the service was lacking, but this one stood out. I highly recommend checking it out, as they prepare both drinks and food exactly to your liking.
Honestly, this Dunkin' is one of the best I've visited. The staff have a great atmosphere, the manager is really friendly, and the coffee is always fresh. Plus, the evening lighting inside creates a calm and welcoming vibe. The menu offers a great variety, making every visit enjoyable.
I'm quite disappointed with this restaurant. They really need to hire more staff, as the wait times are incredibly long, even when you order in advance. The hash browns are frequently either burnt to a crisp or too mushy. I've decided not to waste my time or money here again.

The service was awful, and the staff were quite unfriendly. They messed up my order, giving me hot coffee instead of the cold coffee I had asked for. When I requested a cup of ice, they even had the nerve to charge me a dollar for it.
By far the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. The restaurant is severely understaffed, and as a result, customers suffer from slow service. The menu options are great, but the poor staffing really impacts the overall experience.
I went to get some donuts for real quick at 8:49 and i checked online to see if it was open first and it was 8:50 and i went to check and they said they came to lock the door and said it was closed.
I bit slow for the amount of people in store but at least my order was correct! Book a table now
