The staff was rude to any customer waiting for it. I observe that they refuse to honour a company advertisement that tries to force another customer to pay for something advertised by the company. I'll take my business elsewhere. This the second time that I was here the second time I witnessed?ve witnessed or received such bad treatment and customer service

The rude workers and they can never get my order right. I ask for less ice cream in my ice cream coffee and they continue to fill it up with ice cream. I ask her to remake her and they'll throw a fit. Absolutely ridiculous that they behave like that.

Sometimes donut selection is limited in the evening, but they have good communication and always offer alternatives when they get delivery. I was happy with the quality and service
