Always a party at this joint with all the patrons in the lobby lol. On this day a young man at the register didn't seem too enthused to be at work. After placing my order with a small request that went unfulfilled (less ice) in my drink the reluctance of staff to see it fixed after I made note of it came in my hero of day (Lupita) she questioned my order evaluated the request asked what I wanted and then said don't worry I know how to fix this for you. I recently had a takeout lunch from this restaurant, and I am thrilled with my experience. The food was incredibly delicious, deserving a flawless 5 for its taste and quality. The service was just as impressive, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Even for a takeout, the atmosphere was warm and well-kept. Overall, this place has definitely surpassed my expectations! I highly recommend it!
The problem with this location if you’re parked in the lot already and you have cars coming in from Cicero and Cermak and the lines are out to the street. How do people come in the park and leave this location and pick up food? You gotta have a one-way in one way out especially this busy intersection.

The breakfast here is outstanding, earning a perfect 5 for the food! Although the service could use some improvement, it remains suitable for a quick meal. Be sure to try the bagels and donuts if you stop by. Just a heads up: parking can be a bit tricky to find, but there is a free lot close by.
