I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' on September 29 during the free medium coffee promotion, thanks to an outstanding staff member who assisted me. Although there was a small issue with the offer not applying—even though I had never used it before—he kindly gave me the coffee for free and was extremely helpful throughout. He and his colleague with magenta highlights (not the one with fully pink hair) were efficiently handling orders both at the drive-thru and inside. I hope management sees this review and recognizes their excellent work!
The service at this place is quite frustrating. We requested light ice in our iced coffees, yet they charged us extra, claiming it was for the additional coffee. We ended up paying $7.88 for two medium iced coffees, even after a discount on one for $2.22. The staff were also very rude. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my mother-in-law.
I went to pick up an Uber order, but no one came out to greet me or acknowledge me at all—they were all in the back. I waited for over five minutes, then decided to cancel my order. As I was getting in my car, I saw the next customer walk in and receive immediate service. What’s going on with this place?
I enjoy stopping by this coffee shop every day! I love their drinks, but my only issue is that I wish the staff were trained to prepare them more consistently. Whenever a different person makes my order, it tastes different! That said, their espresso drinks are excellent!

It's located in a great area, easily accessible from the western suburbs of Illinois via Route 290. If you're in a rush, you can just grab your food and go.

Terrible service. The staff was quite disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money at this DD location.
