At first, my drink was made incorrectly. When I returned to the restaurant, the young woman at the window was unfriendly and even used inappropriate language towards us. When I called to speak to a manager, I suspect she answered the phone and claimed that no manager was available that day. I visit this location nearly every day for coffee, and I believe it's essential for the staff to have a good grasp of basic customer service skills.
The service at this place is quite frustrating. We requested light ice in our iced coffees, yet they charged us extra, claiming it was for the additional coffee. We ended up paying $7.88 for two medium iced coffees, even after a discount on one for $2.22. The staff were also very rude. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my mother-in-law.
I go to this coffee shop every day! However, I think they should offer better training for their staff. The quality of the drinks can vary quite a bit depending on who prepares them, which can be frustrating. That being said, the espresso drinks are consistently outstanding!

The staff left a lovely note on my cup, which was nice. *sarcasm* If you're in the mood for donuts that are as stale as your grandmother's fruitcake, this is the place for you.
It's located in a great area, easily accessible from the western suburbs of Illinois via Route 290. If you're in a rush, you can just grab your food and go.
Great coffee with fast services and friendly staff. My coffee tasted perfectly and a new kiosk Self-assist register machine that works very well!
