Absolutely the worst Dunkin' I've ever encountered. The employees actually take money from customers, so be careful with your cards. They can’t get a simple order right, even if you only ask for one item. The service is awful, the food is terrible, and the area was filthy—there were roaches! If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. Save your time and money and choose another place.
I had a wonderful experience at Dunkin' today. The staff were cheerful and greeted me with bright smiles! Thank you! Your kindness inspired me to pay it forward to the ComEd workers who were diligently restoring power to my home!
I waited outside for my order for 15 minutes, but it never arrived. So, I went inside to pick it up myself. Two other customers did the same. It was a really small order, yet they still asked me to pull up.

I actually observed them preparing my food without wearing gloves. That's a major hygiene concern!
