I don't go very often but every once in a while I'll stop and get an iced coffee or tea. The service used to be pretty good and I never had any issues, but lately every single time I order something the staff is incredibly rude. I understand customer service sucks but there's no reason to be rude like that for literally no reason. I haven't had too big of an issue with my drinks except an unusually long wait time when I'm the only person in the drive through and the parking lot is empty, but I don't really see a reason in continuing to order anything when the staff can't even show any sort of hospitality. A big part of customer service is basic respect for your customers ?
99.9 percent of the staff is extremely rude they either tell you they are out of things because they are too lazy to make what you order or because they DO NOT know how to inventory. If I could give a ZERO STAR rating I most definitely would. I am there daily and it has just gottin consistently worse..after today I WILL NOT be back..maple leaf coffee in Canton now will have 100 percent of my business..when u call and ask for corporate number you get hung up on. If this is the type of service everyone gets I don't see how they are still in business..especially after a once again price increase. DEFINATELY NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
This morning, I ordered a small iced latte. I didn’t catch the price when the cashier processed my card, so I waited for her to hand me my receipt along with my debit card. Instead, she just returned my card and said, “Have a nice day.” I requested my receipt, which she was nearly about to toss in the trash. After catching her attention, she said, "One moment," and began searching through the garbage. I waited for about 7-8 minutes without anyone addressing me or offering help, so I ultimately decided to leave. I was really disappointed with the customer service.
The staff at this location turn off the frozen coffee machine at 9 PM, even though they're supposed to be open until 10 PM. I just wanted to grab my frozen coffee before heading to my third-shift job. When I asked if they could keep it open a bit longer, the employee responded very rudely, denying that they had shut it down when it was obvious they had. This experience was quite disappointing.

Don’t go! I worked here, place does not deserve business due to horrible management. Go to local businesses where they are kind, friendly good people. Black Maple is the best around cheaper and more enjoyable, no long waits every time I go. They have better everything and don’t have to worry about immature people and their petty self.
I’m quite frustrated. If you're going to have an app for your business, it really should work properly. I order from here frequently, but the app takes my money and then, after I’ve waited in line for 20 minutes, it tells me there’s a problem with my order. I’m done with this.
My experience was quite disappointing. We waited 25 minutes for four Oreo cappuccinos, but by the time we reached the front of the line, only two were ready. In the end, we had to ask for a refund. Since we were third in line, the wait should not have taken so long!
I occasionally use DoorDash to order from this restaurant, and I always have a great experience. The staff has a wonderful attitude, and they go above and beyond to stay on top of everything.
