This Dunkin Donuts location is terrible, and nothing they serve is fresh. I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee, but what I received was a bitter, flavorless iced coffee that was also warm. It tasted like it had been sitting around for two days. When I requested a replacement, the new coffee was just as awful. You could easily see that the coffee was old. Frustrated, I asked for a blood orange refresher instead, but it was equally disappointing.
Rude. The rudest people ever. You are part of the community if you don't want to service the area leave. You are not courteous or friendly or even offer one but if customer service attitude. You got rid of all the black employees who were nice and provided customer service. You want the money but not give the service. Take a training class or get better family members to work there. I wish I could give you negative 10 stars, you do not deserve any.

Gave the person in front of me my order. As they drove off, the cashier screamed out the window and the person stopped. Proceeded to run to the car, give them the right order then take the already opened food, put it back in the bag, walk inside and give it to me through the window. I explained that this was a health hazard, technically illegal to do, but the cashier refused to replace it. I will not be returning. Book a table now
Why do I come here almost every workday, and there's always a young girl closing and locking up the place? It's not even closing time—last night at midnight she locked the doors while kids were still trying to get in. They weren’t actually closed. They need more experienced staff who work longer hours or something. Have a great day and maybe look elsewhere. Food: 5/5
this load is the best of all dunkins I have visited so far. the amount of hygiene and the fast service mesmerized me. the load is always busy, but I still get my order in time. the staff is super friendly and this is my way to stop every morning.
