When I first moved to Cincinnati, this was one of the first Spanish restaurants I tried, and it has remained a favorite over the years. It's my go-to spot for Spanish cuisine. I absolutely love their quesadillas; the cheese they use is amazing! Their chips and queso are always a must-have as well. My favorite dishes vary based on my cravings, but you can't go wrong with their chimichangas and fajitas. I always opt for the Pollo Chipotle, which features chicken and shrimp in a flavorful queso chipotle sauce. The menu is quite extensive, and everything is delicious!
The only enjoyable part of my meal was the shrimp, which unfortunately didn't sit well with me the next day. The chips were cold and stale, and even after requesting fresh ones, they were still old and unappetizing. The salsa was essentially tasteless, just like water. The beans and rice lacked any flavor, and the prices were outrageous, especially given the poor quality of the food. Save your money and look for a better restaurant. Service: Dine-in.
I usually love this place. I always get the taco salad. I don't know what happened this time but I hope it's not a trend. Picked up a to go order 20 minutes after I placed it. New taco salad shell? Really want to I love this place, but after 3 visits, the food is lukewarm. They do not understand what you are trying to communicate. The atmosphere is off. I will try the Red Bank location again before writing this place off my list. Its just ok, and not worth the price. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
The service is hit-or-miss, but generally decent. On a positive note, their carnitas are quite good, and the margaritas are delicious and not overly sugary. I hope they can improve in the future because I can literally walk there!
