I just went to this El Pollo Loco and I got a hair in my food again. Now I know it wasn?t one of my hairs the first time. The photos show the food is untouched the hair is lodged in there. Also, check out this bag with no logo I got no receipt. I put my drink in the pic to show this meal is new because I got no receipt.
They are extremely rude in the drive thru. Was just there 10 minutes ago. Ordered and paid for a double chicken taco salad and this is whqt I got? 7-8 pieces of chicken? I hate to complain but I never come here Bcuz of how rude your drive thru staff is!!! If I could choose 0 stars I would.
I have been going to this place forever. I had not visited this place for at least 3 months until today and I gotta say that it has gonna way downhill. Food tasted awful, bathroom was disgusting service was even worse. I think these people are tired and need better pay or a vacation.
I came here after an, uh, interesting experience at the El Pollo Loco down the street and found this one to be in far better condition. The staff was bountiful, the food was served quickly, and the customers were all happy with their order. The birria was delicious. Thanks again. Book a table now

I absolutely love this Pollo Loco! The food is always fantastic, and Juan in the drive-through is incredibly friendly. The service is excellent, and I have no complaints at all. You'll definitely see me in this drive-through several times a week!
Enjoy the new shrimp and avocado salad bowl. LOVE their creamy cilantro dressing! Friendly and efficient staff.
