Also, the management needs a serious overhaul. There are only three cheese options, and the bread looks as if my dog had been playing fetch with it for hours. Additionally, there are no iced tea or other beverage options besides soda, which has been the case for at least a year. I thought this place was meant to be a healthier choice?
Why advertise that you slice your deli meat when you're not actually slicing any? And why have signs up claiming you accept food stamps when there's a small notice at the counter saying you don't? It's very misleading. Save your money and go elsewhere!
I had a quick meal at Subway, and it was a pleasant experience. The service was quick, and I really enjoyed the large cookies. There is some construction nearby that has led to increased traffic, but the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly, so I felt well taken care of. They are also taking COVID-19 precautions by providing hand sanitizer for everyone's safety. It would be fantastic if they offered free samples to customers; that would definitely elevate the experience!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and not only struggled with basic tasks but also talked back when I asked about a coupon. I would recommend staying away from this location. They also skimp on portions; when I asked for spinach, I received only two leaves, and when I requested more, I was met with sass.

About a year ago, I stopped going to this sandwich shop because the quality of their meat and portion sizes had declined. However, two months ago I decided to give it another chance and was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality had greatly improved, along with the friendly service.
The worst experience that i ever had at subways is having me call to place an order and they pickup sayings that they are busy that she cannot take my order and she hang-up on me. What a service is that.
Clearly states above the door that they accept EBT. I was told this evening that they would not accept EBT as payment. Pretty embarrassing after going through the entire order process to be denied.
