I didn't visit Farmer Boys restaurants, but I picked up food on the thru trip at Baldwin Park. Waiting was a little long, but the employee on the drive was great. He apologized for waiting and was very attentive. I got my food fast and he also offered spices. I wanted to give him a hint that BUT had no cash and with Covid-19 and everything, I didn't take long money. I didn't like the idea of a tip pair in the BUT window, I understand that there is no other way to offer drive thru customers this option. After arriving with the food, it was perfect and good. Good burger, but really bad service. A guy who said his name was Ever and claimed that he was General Manager called me a lair when I questioned my order. He was very rude with great attitude. No wonder that the other employees do not show any form of courtesy customer service. They only follow his lead. I know several others who have bad experiences with this guy who claims to be the GM. Would recommend this location because of Ever and his bad attitude towards customers. All personnel need a serious customer service training.
my 5 star rating is only for the customer service....they have an employee that is super friendly and truly a pleasure. if i had to rate the food prices, i'd honestly give them a ?. ......the 3 piece fish fries (2) was not good at all, the BBQ chicken wrap was only ok, since it set us back $36, we did eat the food, but it was not at all enjoyable. most likely won't be returning for anything.
I ordered a combination for and got old French pommes. So I went back to get fresh. I had asked to cut burgers in half. Open it when I'm home. The burger also seemed old. More than half of the lower bungalow was missing. I refuse to make another trip. I love Farmer boys. More likely will not return to this place. Smh

One of the cooks had this grungy hair and continued to keep scratching his head with the gloves on well preparing the food so choose not to eat their after I ordered my food and had to get a refund because almost g it into a fight with both cooks cause of it other than that I like the place
The food was delicious. Taste of hamburgers, fresh ingredients beautiful grill aroma. The chicken crispy sandwich was not crispy with dough. Had beautiful coating of bread crumbs on real chicken not processed. Is lil expensive, this is the only reason not a 5
Had the Bacon Boy combo with onion rings. Burger was really good. So we're the onion rings, but I only got 4 of them. It turns out with a combo you only get 4 rings. At the cost of $5.39, making it $1.34 per ring. Seem a little expensive to me.
First visit. I Was happily surprised at the size of the burger and the amount of bacon. Delicious and filling. Ended up being the only meal I needed that day ?

I love this place. The food is very fresh tasty, it's the best fast-food restaurant in California.
