I have been to this restaurant many times in the past, but during my most recent visit, I had a horrible experience in the bathroom. The smell was so revolting that I almost vomited, and I had to change my clothes when I got home. It is clear that the bathroom is not being properly cleaned with bleach, and it may be in need of a complete renovation with new toilets, sinks, and fixtures. The restaurant seems outdated and in need of a redo. Additionally, when I ordered my burger cooked medium well, it came out burned and crispy. Overall, it seems like this restaurant is overdue for some much-needed maintenance and improvements.
We ordered a hamburger and after an hour of back and forth with the hamburger because they are unable to get the order correct, the manager on site yelled at me cuz he said he made it exactly the way it was ordered which it wasn't and then the cashier said that she can't read my mind. This is the worst service ever. If I was at corporate, I would be embarrassed to say I worked there with employees like this
Did it ever occur to anyone here that maybe posting the arbitrary store hours literally anywhere else beside on the front door might be a good idea? Or should all of your customers just take the trip on down to find out that your closed for a random Thursday or now the store closes at 7 now, for no good reason.
The burger at this restaurant was decent and the vegan milkshake boat was noteworthy. However, there was nothing particularly special about the experience. In-N-Out has better burgers. The onion rings were good, but the burger was a bit overpriced. Overall, the price did not justify the meal.

The food was super great, you didn't wait long for our order but the cashier girl was rude, it's not a way to treat customers because we're going to buy, not order, then I went and ordered my drink. The cashier guy spoke to me rudely. These young people have no way of treating customers.
Probably one of my favorite burger places out there. the fries are top notch. good stuff. Bunch of cool drinks. Obviously pink lemonade is superior. The burgers are quite large, but they do pack a punch. Very good burgers. Very good fries. A nice selection in drinks. Whats not to love?
I took the bag up and the floor was softened with fat. I had to ask for another bag to prevent her from breaking up. eating was good, but not great. the bank was not excessively friendly, had a robot as personal.
Burgers are delicious but the milkshakes are a revelation. In terms of price, it's in the upper third.
