Our experience last night was absolutely terrible and seemed to get worse with every visit. We ordered online through the app, which is a 20-minute drive from our home. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were seven people sitting at tables waiting for their meals. I went to check the shelf for online orders, but mine was still not ready. Surprisingly, there were five employees working in the sandwich area. That's a lot of people, so I couldn't understand why it was taking so long. They were chatting among themselves and seemed more interested in staring off into space than getting the orders out.

My son and I ate here on Saturday! It wasn't packed, but it was pretty busy. From the moment we went in the door, we were greeted from 3 different sides. The checkout was quick and very friendly. Our food came out quickly and was exactly the way we ordered it. They checked us a few times while we ate our lunch. The guy behind the counter that made the food was super friendly for everyone who went in the door and welcomed everyone. Overall great experience, food and personnel. We will visit frequently.
I love the place, go there several times a month. That being said. It seems to be dropping in quality lately. Untoasted stale bread, skimpy on the sauce for subs like the brisket and cheese, and just slamming on so much lettuce ect that you can't eat thesub without a fork and knife without ruining your chest. Idk what's going on but sub.... assemblers? Need a wake up call. CauseI'm giving it about 2 more tries then I'm just done, would rather spend the 15 bucks on a pickup order from a resturant.
Food was great. Didn't have to wait long. As we sat and ate I saw the manager come out and was barking orders kinda rude like to the employees. I just didn't think she should have done that in the dining area with customers in there. She didn't seem very pleasant at all. If she is training people she could use a little on her attitude.

Food was fantastic..love the choices of the freestyle Coke machine. Granted we were there after lunch.. table could have been cleaned before we got there.. service areas should have been a priority to stocking chip selection..I understand I manage a fast food establishment..my husband not impressed. I'll return because of great food.
I walked in at 9:00 pm right at closing. I didn't realize they closed at 9. They still took my order which is fantastic because the food wasn't for me. I was even greeted walking in. It was greatly appreciated taking my order and demonstrates world classservice. Food is always on point.
Food was great! They are brand new in the city and for the flock of people dressing at the door I think I waited the right time. The cashier I felt so bad for looked scared of death. You could say that was new to her. I'll eat there again, they'll only be better by time.
My sister and both love their subs, it a 50 mile trip for us, but the food and staff are always outstanding, we do not have any shops in the tri-city area, maybe they will open a store in VA.

There is food is great.ja they were packed every time I was, but they have always brought our food out as fast as they can. Managers and employees are very worthy of our business
