Be aware and watch how your food is prepared at the DEER PARK location: I ordered 2 milk shakes , while one was being prepared the other sat on the counter uncovered , another employee walk over to my preparer to show him something on his phone and the whole time they was looking , talking and laughing all of this was being done while standing directly over my uncovered shake... After the Ke-Ke stopped I had to ask him to make me another shake because of what I witnessed......The employee looked at me as if I had 3 heads resting on my shoulders.........I don 't know the rules of 5 Fives but your attention shouldn 't be on a cell phone , nor should you be allowed to handle your dirty cell pho...
Today is national burger day and I was hoping to take advantage of the deal advertised online, which was a free burger with the purchase of a large drink or large fry. Unfortunately, I did not receive the deal and the staff seemed unaware of it. Despite this disappointment, I decided to purchase a burger at full price to not to be rude. However, I am quite upset as the main reason I came to the restaurant today was for national burger day. Service: Dine-in.
Got burgers there the old guy put them on and couldn't get them off to turn them broke them apart didn't care a 2 guy then then pick the hamburger off grill and I said the guy broke the hamburger he didn't even acknowledge 28.00 I think you should have took care of my food like you care about it not just smash it and tell us terrible used to be a good now cares about their work Food: 3
Avoid this Place!!! Don't buy!! My bf ordered 3 regular cheeseburger, they didn't put ANY add-on not even the SAUCE, No ketchup No mayo No pickles No Tomato No Lettuce, Nothing!! And he requested 3 Regular cheese burger, that's what they gave us, take a look of the pic! and cost over ＄10 each. Even McDonald ＄2 cheeseburger contains ketchup! Ridiculous!!

I am extremely frustrated by businesses that close earlier than their advertised hours. I arrived at 9:53pm, but the doors were already locked even though they are supposed to close at 10:00pm. The food was average, service was poor, and the atmosphere was lacking.

The burger and shake at this restaurant were absolutely delicious! It doesn't get much better than that. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

The burgers were cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious! I also really enjoyed the Cajun fries.
