The customer service here is terrible and my food came contaminated!! I didn't order bacon and they added a dry piece of old bacon in my burger. It was so greasy and gross. The cashier did not change her gloves and continued to make burgers with dirty gloves. The people working here are very unhygienic. Overall this place needs to shut down i'm not paying over $10 for a dirty burger. These workers should feel ashamed for not changing their gloves and contaminating my food
The food at this restaurant is always excellent, but what really makes it shine is the staff. They are extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The service is fast, and they go the extra mile to make sure your burger is nicely packaged, especially if you choose a lettuce wrap. They’re very generous with the lettuce, making it easy to enjoy your meal, unlike some other places. I'm really glad there’s a Five Guys in the mall!
Five Guys great tasting hamburger made with fresh burger. Love the peanuts while you wait. Can choose from different burgers and what you want on it. Get a small order of fries good for 2 people give you extra in the bag. Love Five Guy's.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order was ready, and the staff were extremely friendly. The food was fantastic, but I did notice that they included only a small amount of extra fries in the bag, which is uncommon for them. Book a table now
It was dead there and the service was great. Fast and friendly. The burgers were tasteless. Extra for the amount of bacon was a joke. Old bacon . The soda machines were not working right. And fry's tasted like they were under cooked.
I'm not sure if this place is still in operation. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. I don't know what's going on.
My favorite hamburger place. Great burgers and Death By Fries they give you so many (Not complaining, just informing).
