I’m a big Five Guys fan, but this particular location falls far below the standards I expect from the chain. The tables, counter, and bathrooms were all dirty. While being understaffed is common nowadays, two of the three employees seemed unfamiliar with their roles or unsure how to perform their tasks. The food also didn’t meet the quality I usually associate with Five Guys. To be clear, this was my first disappointing experience at Five Guys after dozens of excellent visits to other locations. I strongly suggest that the management hire and train better staff and improve cleanliness immediately.
The staff at the Plant location sees a lot of vegrants/homeless individuals in the area. We visited Saturday night and saw a few during our short stay. I was bothered that the staff isn't more strict about ensuring the right orders are collected by theright group thru verifying the receipt or by name. Our order was picked up by someone else but had we not said something, hewould've walked off with it. Very annoying. And the staff seemed unhappy as we witnessed an argument with another customer.Overall, while the food was delicious, the staff needs more training in customer service.
The Little Bacon Cheeseburger at Five Guys was a letdown; it was soggy, and the bread was too mushy, falling apart entirely. The fries were undercooked, and they forgot to include my ketchup. I won't be ordering this again from their menu via DoorDash.
The order arrived exceptionally fresh. The fries were still crispy, and the milkshake was barely melted. This is the freshest delivery I've ever received.

I've been to Five Guys many times, but the person who made my burger today deserves a raise! This was hands down the best burger I've ever had from them.
So asked for all the way, plus A-1 sauce and bell peppers, by time I got home I noticed only had A-1 sauce and bell peppers that's it..
I cannot explain it, this Five Guys ALWAYS has crispy lettuce and flavorful tomatoes. Makes the burger taste that much better.
Good burgers but quite expensive. Spent $40 on two burgers, two large fries, and one Coke, and they didn’t offer free peanuts.
