I received a fish sandwich from this establishment and it was COLD! Not only did I circle back to the restaurant twice, I had to return 3x’s for the same issue! After biting into my sandwich, I realized it was COLD and undercooked, more like not cooked! Upon returning to the restaurant and talking with the manager, who did not appear concerned at all, proceeded to argue with me and stated, “ I just saw her (one of the workers) take your fish out the grease” all the manager had to do was look at the sandwich and see that it was undercooked, and to be quite honest why would I waste my time returning her THREE TIMES if there was nothing wrong with my food! I had a terrible experience on May 19, 2023. I suffered from food poisoning due to undercooked grilled chicken. Additionally, the restaurant was very dirty; the tables hadn't been cleaned and there was trash scattered on the floor. I should have known better, but I decided to place an order because my kids wanted ice cream, and I'm relieved they didn't get sick. I will never return to this restaurant! Most of the staff were sitting in the lobby eating or chatting with one another, showing no concern for the cleanliness of the dining area.
When they first opened, the customer service was exceptional. The energetic and friendly staff encouraged you to return. However, now that the staff has changed, the experience has deteriorated. Service is slow, and the staff can be rude, resembling the typical problems found in poorly managed fast food establishments. It feels like none of the employees want to be there, and they certainly don't seem to want customers either! Even the food has lost its former quality.
My first time going there so I really didn't know what to expect. We had to wait a little while for our order but it definitely was worth the wait. We ordered the burger melts and they were the bomb. And they were also bigger than expected so I actually had to save half of it for later. Don't have any of them in our area but I will definitely be stopping back in when we are in the area. The place is a great change to the other fast food joints that I'm used to.

While waiting for my husband and daughter to return from their school trip, I decided to grab a quick bite to eat at Freedy's. Unfortunately, the food was cold, and the hamburger was extremely thin. I won't be returning! I feel like the prices are quite high, and it's clear they are trying to emulate Steak 'n Shake. Food: 1/5.
They gave three people their orders ahead of me even though I ordered first, Then once they finally made my order after forgetting to prepare it, they just sloped together the burger and the patties were pink in the middle. This was my first time eating here and my last time.Food: 1/5
For a drive through fast food chain this place ranks up there with in and out. Good quality burgers and delicious shoestring fries. Plus the custard is on par with the best of the fast food desserts.
First off this is one of my favorite locations. On today my order wasn?t correct and tasted funny but my guy Quincy fixed it with no problem. Such a wonderful personality. Thanks again my friend.

Food is always hot and fresh. Chicken tenders on the small side. I'll chalk it up to inflation. Overall a good experience every time I come.
IM ALL FOR SMASH BURGERS BUT OUR PATTIES WERE SO CHARRED. MOST OF IT WAS CRUNCHY AND INEDIBLE.
