Being a huge fan of Chinese food I am very picky about a lot of things when it comes to the offerings. I have lived near Fu Lin for a long time but never ventured to try it because I always stuck with what I knew to be good. Out of a last minute desire and my normal establishment not being near, I opted for Fu Lin. First of all, the owners are the nicest people you could ever meet. Very friendly and eager to make sure they do right for you and your order. I have now been here a few times and it 's almost like we are friends...lol. The food is good and made the way you want, if you have special requests. We personally prefer the dumplings deep fried since we like them to not have that steamed...
Very fresh crabs Rangoon. Ready. Light and crispy, not heavy and oily. Very courteous service. We have the pork foo young and mixed vegetable combinations. Both very good. Warm and fresh served. Try the steamed vegetables next time and skip the sauce. Portions are great on dinner combo meals.
