The service staff serve both the brasserie and the Michelin restaurant. They tried to take sway my plate several times before it’s finished even when my cutleries are aligned right. The sommelier is not very well informed with their recommendations, I talked with fellow diners...and they too ate disappointed with the food. The best part of the meal is the amuse bouse and the bread. I’m so glad I took the overpriced ala carte menu and not the tasting menu because i have been warmed by fellow guests I met at the hotel. It was an amazing and exceptional experience to have dinner here. Inventive, harmonious, with respect for local produce and tradition, truly worth its ranking in GaultMillau Michelin. Great wine list and personalised service. Hotel facilities complement the picture.
I made it a tradition to come here every year. every year it gets better! the personal is able to make compromises for children and adults. a few years ago I had the best pasta I had ever had! I recommend it!

Expert service. Comfortable room. Creative cooking and perfect preparations. Not a clue how some of these fantastic dishes were made but that is the sign of a mater in the kitchen. One of the best meals ever.
