Quite disappointed this time at Gatto's in Tinley Park. Reservation for 6 made a week ago for a birthday party for dinner last night. Upon arrival, no reservation was found, so they put us in the noisiest part of the restaurant. I asked to speak to the manager. Server was a bit snippy but did attend to our drink and food order satisfactorily but no manager came out to talk. When the check came, I asked to speak to the Mgr. a second time. Server came back saying they were in a meeting. Unlikely, since it was prime dinner hours. Either the manager screwed up the reservation and didn't want to face me to say so, or this is the worst example of a manager not caring about customers and providing...
I LOVE the garbage salad rigatoni with vodka sauce (with an Italian sausage . Honesty I hadn 't been there probably since covid (sorry Gattos! and was looking for take-out, and saw they had it. I was only there briefly but the servers were very nice accommodating (I added something to my order when I got there and they got it right away . As I said I hadn 't been there in a while but will make it a regular place again. The menu is good, lots to choose from and when I did go fairly regularly, I never had a bad meal and again the staff is very nice. Thanks Gattos- I 'll be back! Once more great!
Huge portions!! Huge!! Great friendly staff!! Very quick order. Food was excellent!! Calamari was a huge order!! In town for a show!! A definite place to go and get dinner!!!
The food was amazing, but definitely very cheesy, the lasagna was a no meat type which we didn’t realize! But that and the Alfredo was good, would definitely try again! Book a table now
3-4 stars here. Food is better than average, prices are higher than some. Seems like the food was better years ago. Still a pretty good stop for Italian
Juan the bartender is amazing!! He takes care of all the customers at the bar and does a fantastic job!! He makes the best drinks!

You cannot see the place from the street but it's worth looking for
