I went back to speak with a staff member, who turned out to be the manager. She offered to remake the same drink for me, but I requested a refund instead. To my surprise, she informed me that they don't offer refunds on drinks. Then she suggested I choose a different drink, but at that point, I lost all trust in their coffee.
Instead, I opted for a plain iced coffee that costs $2, compared to the $5 drink I had ordered. What I received was a small iced coffee, and when I pointed out that it wasn't the same price, she replied, “We usually don’t do this, but I wanted to be nice.”
This entire experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to this establishment. I can no longer recommend it,...
I was at the mall yesterday and saw a customer screaming at the two ladies over a smoothie.. these girls were nothing short of PROFESSIONAL. They kept calm and did their best to help even when the customer cursed at them horribly. The women that work there definitely need a raise. Also they make fantastic chillers ? very delicious. I highly recommend this location for coffee. Great service and great drinks.
I'm not sure what magic these girls work behind the counter, but I find myself coming here almost every day since I work in the mall nearby. Every drink they create is simply heavenly. I might not know their names, but I've seen all the staff by now, and they are all incredibly talented, patient, and sweet! Honestly, I think corporate needs to give them a raise; they truly deserve it!
I went into the store 12/19/21 and was looking for a specific gift. I believe it was the manager that helped me- and she was awesome. Answered all my questions and didn’t rush away to help someone else. I had great service yesterday. Thank you!!
