I am disappointed that this establishment doesn’t offer any customer satisfaction service. I was informed that if I didn't like the coffee or drink I ordered, they couldn't remake it for me. I understand that this is a local business, but given its success, I think it should prioritize customer care. This is why I continue to choose Starbucks; at least they are willing to remake my drink if I don’t like it. With the recent openings of this coffee shop, I believe they could improve customer satisfaction by offering to remake drinks, ensuring that customers leave happy.
This restaurant served us a piece of cake that had mold on it. When we requested a refund, they insisted that we needed to dispose of our drinks in order to receive it. We had ordered tea, and they wouldn't issue a refund for the extremely moldy cake unless we got rid of our hot drinks. This is completely selfish, greedy, and unreasonable. The lack of hygiene is appalling, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place unless you're okay with eating spoiled food. This behavior from a corporate chain is absolutely disgraceful!
This placed served us moldy cake and didn’t want to refund it. Really disgusting. Please don’t come here if you don’t want to get sick. Shocked I have to even tell their employees to check their food and not serve it.They get their sweets frozen, then defrost them and leave them in a container for a week at room temperature. They don’t even refrigerate them. This place is a health risk waiting to happen. Will be calling public health officials.
Ordered an iced cofee with cinnamon, hated it so I asked if I could exchange it. They said because it was custom made (the sprinkle of cinnamon) they couldn't change it out so I had to order a whole new coffee. This used to be my favorite coffee place but because of this experiance I am never coming here again.

1st time here at their solo store was fantastic, staff is very friendly and my drinks were up to par thank you staff. The place was very clean and very comfortable just to sit and chat and relax sippin my coco loco that i love. I recomend this place anytime vs. Other over rated places for this kind of drinks.
Very special place, super comfy atmosphere, and modern. The customer service is great, friendly employees. The coffee is really good and the bread is delicious. They also sell some merch which is really cool or nice to have when you want to buy coffee to make at home.
I've been a fan of Gloria Jean's since I was young, thanks to my mom. However, ever since they changed the whipped cream to the new version, I’m not a fan anymore. If they ever bring back the old recipe, I’ll definitely return!
I like coffee so there is little you can do to get an unfavorable rating. This place was quiet, clean, and very efficient. It didnt have all the selections I am accustomed to at my home vase coffee shop but we made it work.

Great coffee place. It's a little hidden but if you're in the Pharr area by Main Event, take a look behind the main shopping front and you'll find this little hidden gem of a place.
Small cozy place. Table sittings of two and four people. Clean restrooms. I've seen young, middle aged and older people having a good time with friends.
