Worst customer service. I called to order for take out and requested him to cook the chicken well as it was not cooked well when we ordered last time. I didn't complain anything just requested him but the guy who picked up the phone disconnected and I thought some issue with the line and tried couple of times and purposely disconnecting the call. Never experienced this with any restaurant. Worst manners!!!
I do not recommend this restaurant. We ordered biryani and achari chicken. The biryani tasted like sambar rice and was not good. The achari chicken curry had a fishy smell and was so bad that we couldn't eat it. The restaurant management did not take responsibility to resolve the issue. I am very upset and do not want to return. If you want to save money, I suggest avoiding this restaurant.
I get the worst service every time I come here. I usually don’t mind because they’re busy, but I came on a very slow Monday night and waited 15 minutes before I just decided to get up and leave. If you plan on eating here expect very long wait times just to be spoken to. If you don’t wave your servers down they will ignore you completely.

I placed an order for takeout over the phone at 9:05pm and was told it would be ready for pickup in 40 minutes. However, I did not receive my food until 10:26pm, which shows a lack of time management skills. This is the third time this has happened. Even for dine-in orders, the food tends to arrive late.
The food is pretty good. I got take out, so I can only go off of that. Portions were large. Spice level was also very good as most places it's either too much or not enough. Would like to go in for dine in and see the difference, but I'd definitely order from here again.
Terrible and Awful We placed an order for lunch a mutton biryani and veggie pulav. They mentioned it will be ready for pick up in 40 minutes but when we were there they told they do not have mutton and FORCED US to take chicken. ??
The biryani at this restaurant has a unique flavor compared to others. The taste of the biryani is excellent, and the chicken lollipop starters are also enjoyable. The ambience is very good, and the staff is friendly.

I ordered Raju gari kodi Fry with cashews. The food quality and taste is so bad. Doesn’t match the description at all and it’s overpriced (17.99). Too greasy and chicken is overcooked and burnt.
The amount of spice level that these guys add to the biriyani will instantly kill you and your family. Wish this restaurant never exists. High time to seal this restaurant.
