Today, I enjoyed the lunch pizza and salad special at Gondola, a place I've loved for many years. As I left this charming local pizzeria, I reflected on the happiness it brings me each time I indulge in their pasta, salad, or, of course, a slice of their delicious pizza! Having worked in the restaurant industry for fifty years, I believe the key to success is when guests think about how wonderful their meal was long after they've finished eating. That's exactly what I experience every time I visit Gondola. The food is excellent, and the people are fantastic!
This is a local pizza place in La Mirada. It looks like people who go there are regulars. We ordered a Supreme Pizza and an Anti-Pasta Salad for takeout. The Supreme Pizza was loaded with toppings! It's a filling meal. When you open the box, you're pleasantly surprised how loaded with toppings it is. Wish there was a little more cheese for that cheesy factor. But, still a great pizza. Not much presentation to the Antipasto Salad. The ranch dressing is good. Overall, good experience.
This place in the beginning what's a good place to go to in order takeout the last few times orders were in a rush or pizza was burnt and the wings were cooked all the way look like they took it out the packet went through the machine it came out still cold inside and the sauce was dry I asked for the refund and it took about 3 weeks to get a refund from the management poor customer service which I should have got a full refund

It's tough to come up with anything new to say about this well-established neighborhood pizza and pasta restaurant. What I can confidently say is that it has consistently offered delicious food over the years, making it a must-visit whenever I'm in La Mirada. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and they do an excellent job of keeping the place running smoothly.
We didnt receive our salads. The Penne Pasta was just ok. The fettuccine was really good flavor. We asked for our wings to be well done and they were barely done.
Since they were open in 1970, I went to school with friends. The owners were small. The pizza is still the best, always my first stop when back in La Mirada
This is a family friendly red sauce and pizza joint. Like their pizza and their meatball sando. Friendly service.
