Currently, this restaurant does not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination. When I visited to grab a drink a few days ago, I inquired about any special offers, but there were none available at that time, and they do not have a happy hour either. Pets are not permitted unless they are service animals.
As for parking, the parking lot is quite large since it's located within a major shopping center. I recommend arriving early to secure a spot, as it can get crowded.

Drinks are good but the girl working today was RUDE. She didn't scoop the drink into the cup yet and I asked if we can change the flavor to strawberry milk instead and with an attitude and a sour face she said IT'LL BE A DOLLAR 50. She didn't scoop anything in the cup yet.. and to walk a couple steps and to scoop a different drink it'll be a $1.50?? She also said you need to go to the cashier if you want to change the flavor. So on top of her being rude and the extra 1.50 for nothing was mind blowing. Girls here are rude, don't expect a tip for horrible service.
On a relaxing Sunday I only came to mall to grab a agua fresca, never did I think that I would experience such a hostile work environment from a customers perspective. I honestly felt bad for the workers because it shouldn 't be the workers fault an establishment is understaffed nevertheless a CUSTOMERS FAULT! the way the manager spoke to a customer was very uncalled for. During the interaction the customer had every right to give attitude back but didn 't. Definitely not coming back to this location. They don 't deserve the business with such a nasty attitude.
Came here and saw this being made and wanted to try it, they were handing out samples and we tried, pineapple, mango, cantaloupe not our favorite didn't finish the sample. We chose pineapple, the tajin mixed with the chamoy on the rim and on the mango was good provided a nice spice to go with the sweet. Was located in the mall West Covina, the girls working were friendly and answered our questions. Would be a 5 star but the mango wasn't all the way ripe so some of the pieces weren't that great but still really refreshing on a hot day

If your looking to make aguas frescas for a party anytime soon. Stop right there. Green Crush has you covered with the aguas. You can order the aguas that you sample at the mall from Green Crush. It's pretty simple. Order online. Day of pick up you get the juice enough to go into a 5 gallon container. And they even give you ice. Good service from the employees who wheel the order out to your car. So it's so simple you add the agua to the container then add the ice and mix. Bottoms up. Enjoy. That easy.
I would give -5 star. Very rude girl, she mentioned she is the manager when I asked. I wanted the picante, it's 40min before closure and she said we don't do it, we cleaned up. Then when I asked about a drink that I see it exist, she mentioned it's empty then the other girl said we do have it. She just didn't want to sell.She got up to yell at me and fighting me just because I wanted an explanation. Extremely rude, I felt am talking to a boxer!
Horrible customer service! I asked for a large beverage with no ice because I am feeling under the weather and the cashier told me they cannot do no ice because it is company policy. I explain to her that I was not feeling well and she said it's company policy so they have to give ice. She was not friendly whatsoever. Needless to say, I walked out of there with no beverage. Last time I go there.
The service here was awful. They fill your drink with 95% ice. When I asked for a refill, I was told to order a new drink instead. I ended up spending about $8 on a large cup of ice. The two female employees seemed more interested in their phones than in attending to customers. I recommend going to La Michoacana on the second floor for much better service and drinks.

Update your hours, and advise all your employees when they see somebody patiently waiting for a store that's supposed to be already open (according to Google maps), let them know you don't open for another hour.
