ordered via uber eats a few times now and each time there is so much improvement. The packaging has switched up and everything is now more securely packed and stapled, portion sizes are really great. Also for the chipotle popcorn chicken i was originally (many orders back) getting 6 really large pieces.. great.. no complaints.. but today they have upped and improved their game. The pieces are now more bite size and there are more of them, plus they offer a complimentary BBQ sauce. Our food (1x burger and chips) took at least 50 minutes to come out. The staff looked like they were going as fast as they could and were doing their best, but everyone else that came in after us got their food before us, and they had really large orders in big groups. It was disappointing that even when we brought it to the staff’s attention twice, we were still left waiting for a long time while other big orders after us kept coming out. We had a order through uber eats and the driver left without taking the food, only the drinks.. then wouldn't answer our calls for a $70 order.. i rang box hill and spoke to the manager who has gone out of his way to arrange to have the burgers for my fam delivered here even though it wasn't the stores error.. it was the uber eats driver. Amazing customer service and highly recommend to everyone.. just not by uber eats!! Thank you again.. very grateful. It is a unique burger shop that serves tasty selections with biblical names. This is a halal place. There will be an additional surcharge when paying with electronic card transactions. The staff was very busy with the takeaway order hence my order was taking longer to serve when dining in.
