I recently enjoyed a delightful meal of huevos rancheros at Hacienda Diaz Restaurant in West Covina. The dish was expertly prepared, with perfectly cooked eggs resting on a fried tortilla bed with flavorful refried beans and potatoes. Breakfast was great! The papas con chorizo are delicious. The menudo was super tasty. They provide fresh, hand made tortillas. The service is excellent, we sat outside and they offered to get us a heater because there was a brisk breeze, and we had an infant in our party. Overall wonderful experience, we are looking forward to trying the lunch menu next
The truth is they have bad service, they just spend their time talking instead of serving customers. The truth is that terrible service, the food is all cold.
It's okay... as long as you don't eat their after 2 pm. Otherwise, you will get bad service and feel rushed to leave.. oh, and the kitchen might be closed
