Waiter extraordinaire. We had dinner here to celebrate a collection of family birthdays and the food was tasty, well presented and the dishes were a decent size. But the most impressive thing about our dining experience was our waiter Ryan. He took the orders of all seven people on our table without writing them down and was able to recite them all back to us correctly. Everything we ordered came out exactly right which was amazing considering nearly everything we ordered was altered from the menu eg no seafood, chicken instead of prawn etc). He was also friendly and attentive without overdoing it. Well done Ryan, we will be back.
Poor quality Asian You Dont Even Get What You Pay For At Hans Joondalup. The fried rice had no flavour, hardly any vegies or meat, just tiny amounts. Spring rolls were awful. It reminded me of food you cook for fussy children who don't like anything but plain and boring .The Singapore noodles were sub par .Wished I had just gone to my local noodle takeaway instead. The only good thing about the place was the friendly guy at the counter when paying. Never Again. The buffet at whitfords Hans café is great, the quality miles better ,though I haven't had their regular menu so cant compare.
have visited many paintings and have always found the joondalup store to be consistently good. very casual and comfortable, fast delivery of meals and no errors. the friendly, young waiter is absolutely fabulous (if you are here a few times you know who I mean) we have seen him take massive amounts without a note block and can cancel the complete order with all modifications and drinks to perfection! I would recommend the bark garlic and huh cashew roasted rice among many other great tellers. parking is a brittle, good place for a fast cheap meal well made.
here for dinner. the same eating as it was years ago when it first opened, bland and not tasty. Garlic pugs came in a plate mixed with cuddly tomato and a lot of wobbles. for the price they charge, the services were small. the Singapore noodles were not as specified, only fried with hardly any additional ingredients. we will not be back in a hurry. you see, they make a special deal with scopon, probably need to get some business. have had better elsewhere and also cheaper

I love getting squid pepper rice but I cant stand it when the squid is so rubbery that it makes me want to throw up, this is what happened when I ate my squid. I also asked for extra sauce which I had to pay for which was so watered down I didnt even bother adding it to my rice. Needless to say this will make me not want to give hans a chance for another few years!
Small. Friendly staff on the occassions ive been. However portion sizes compared to how much you pay let it down. Quite nice food but a little out of the way compared to the other restaurants in the area when traveling by foot. Nicely present two tier restaurant with a view over the park.
that was not what it was before. looks like they have changed all the elements on the menu with different ingredients. to say the prawn cracker was the best I bought is really sad
The service is always quite good but the food is below average. It tastes like what I'd expect a packet meal to taste like. Chicken tonight maybe...

the whole round is not a bad experience. the waiter seems to be confused with most accusations, but I think he was a new one. pretty good as usual.
Cheap and nasty not very nice at all. Called in for a quick meal after work and won't be back. Shame Han used to be pretty good.
