This was my first visit, so I'm sharing my initial impressions. I stopped by during the middle of the week, so the restaurant wasn’t busy, and parking was convenient. Inside, it was quiet, and there didn't seem to be many employees working that day. I ordered a steak pho with beef broth. The noodles had a nice texture, and while the broth initially appeared clear, it turned out to be quite flavorful. The steak cuts were good and tasted very fresh. Affordable completely vegan Pho! I love rice in all its forms. So it’s no surprise that I love Pho. It’s basically rice noodles with broth and veggies. Put some sriracha on it and it’s hands down one of my favorite Asian dishes! But it’s often quite hard to come across good Pho as a vegetarian. I tried the Happy Pho Special tonight, and it was quite delicious. While I would likely order another Pho dish, I found myself mostly enjoying the beef, noodles, and broth in this one. The Happy Pho Special had a bit too much meat for my liking. The broth was beautifully rich, and I really enjoyed the rice noodles. I also ordered a side of shrimp egg rolls, which were nicely wrapped and accompanied by a salad. The service was thoughtful, providing me with some extra bean sprout salad and lime, which complemented some of the sauces on the table. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I'm looking forward to trying more dishes from their menu!

The prices have increased, but the quality and quantity of the food have declined. I'm surprised because my husband, sister-in-law, niece, and I used to visit every other week, but I don't think we'll be returning. The owner is very kind and attentive to our preferences, which makes it difficult to say goodbye. However, after three disappointing visits, we feel it's time to move on. I will genuinely miss this place.
The pho and spring rolls were fantastic. We also sampled the fried egg rolls and fried shrimp rolls, which were a bit less flavorful but still good. I only rated the service 4 stars because our server never came back to check on us after bringing the food and offered a water refill long after we had finished eating, although she was otherwise very friendly.
Best pho in town. Soup was perfect, just the way I like it. Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly super nice.
