I have always enjoyed the Hofbraus in the Bay Area for their rustic cafeteria-style ambiance, but this particular Hofbrau has become my favorite because of their special Friday dish, Miners Bones - braised Prime Rib on the Bone. I recently went with a group of five and was the first to arrive. I stopped by the full bar and ordered an Old Fashioned, which was made perfectly. The atmosphere was cozy with TVs playing in the background. Once everyone arrived, we all lined up to order our meals. Three of us decided to try the Miners Bones, which were incredibly meaty and reminiscent of something out of the Flintstones. This restaurant is truly nourishing for the spirit! I have been a fan of Harry's since I was a child, and my love for it has only grown over the years. My favorite dish is the hot open face turkey sandwich. It features perfectly roasted turkey piled high on white bread and covered in rich turkey gravy. Just the thought of it makes my mouth water.
It was my Dad's 96th birthday and I decided to take him to Harry's Hofbrau for a birthday dinner. It had been years since he had been there and for me too. We had the hot turkey sandwiches. Food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was quick and the employees were friendly. We will go back again soon.

Family place. The food is good considering it's a hog brain and it's served cafeteria style. The place is clean but my pet peeve is that with all the trays and plate covers there's never any room at the table.
While this may be serving line food. It's easily on par with just about any casino in Vegas. I've had the roast beef, the corned beef, and several other entrees. All were very good.
