Stopped by to get sandwiches for a hike. Their advertised opening time was noon. It was 1155 and I looked through the window to see if anyone was inside as there were no lights on. I did not knock. A younger man saw me on the outside of the door and came to the door. He opened it, and before I could say a word, he rudely said it 's going to be 1230 and literally slammed the door in my face. Can 't say anything about the food, as we went elsewhere.

Eh..... been here twice and it seems to get worse every time. Sandwiches are very basic but they charge high-end deli prices. $5.50 for a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich with hardly any jelly or peanut butter, and over $12 for a hoagie. Yikes.
Hiked Whiteside Mountain, it was awesome!!Walked around downtown Highlands. Very enjoyable day!!
