"Good German food is hard to come by and this was truly one of the best we’ve come across! The atmosphere was amazing, the beer was great and the food was even better! Robby was the best waiter super attentive and kind, lots of good recommendations! Even if it’s out of your way give this place a chance!"

We had a great time here after my grandpa's memorial service. There were only about 12 of us so we all fit at one of the long tables. The food was all great. Two in our group got the sausage tower and split it for their meal. They still took home a full to-go box. Pickier eaters may have a harder time just because they currently have a limited menu. The schnitzel dishes were really good as well. A few orderd appetizers of pretzels or potato pancakes; though the pretzels were good, the potato pancakes were the best. We got there about 3:45 and were literally the only table there. It was our first time there but won't be our last, so we plan to go when there would be more people. I think the c...

1st time here! We came on a Sunday late afternoon around 330 pm. It wasn’t busy at all. We got seated right away. Service was great. Our food was good. Definitely would recommend. It’s definitely cool seeing that they make their own beer there. There’s a gift shop right when you walk in. There’s inside seating or outside. There’s a bean bag/ corn hole game outside. There is definitely plenty of parking and seating.

The crowd makes or breaks this place. I came in on a Friday for lunch and was literally the only guest in this cavernous space. Don’t do that. Come when there’s a band and a crowd to get the full experience. The beer is good $5 for 1/2 L, $10 for 1L). The large pretzel $10 $3 for beer cheese) was dry, overly salted, and disappointing. But when you’re longing to go back to Munich, this is the best place nearby.

This place is a short drive from STL, and offers great German-style beer in large mugs. See pictures for example. Their menu also comprises of authentic German plates, which I won't try to spell here. The beer hall itself is massive, and can easily seat hundreds of people. If you're looking for a relaxing night and want to try authentic German beer and food, give this place a try.
