Previously, frequent diners were in hog’s mindarie, until the eating went downhill and of course the caffe is now closed. to use birthday vouchers, we thought we would try the joondalup caffe, as it has heard that it had a new facelift. it has been since years since we were there and I can say that it is not much different, not yet very clean. the waiting staff was friendly and accommodation, but eating is not great yet. when we eat out, we always ask for hot’s and did this again at hog’s, but chips (for both of us) came cold (not surprising) and the rest of the meal was hardly warm. for a steakhouse, the steaks aren't so great. Visit 1. Had the Hawaiian chicken. Was nice, not enough chips tho. Daughter had the ceaser wrap. Was also nice. Visit 2.. Took my daughter for lunch, we both ordered the crispy chicken burger, when we ordered the waitress asked if we would like to add egg and bacon to our burger. We said sure, no problem. The burger was amazing, probably one of the Nicest I've ever had, chips were soggy and not many of them. So comes time to pay the bill it seems expensive, when I check the receipt they have charged us $4 each for a slither of bacon and $3 each for egg on our burgers! That's $14 to add those. 4 Adults 1child tonight Service good but food very poor. 2 of us had the prime steak. Sorry to say no way was this stringy piece of meat any kind of prime cut. Our dogs have enjoyed it though. 2 of us had a burger and the buns were so stale they were inedible. 1 of us had the pork ribs and they were delicious. We were honest when waitress asked if we had enjoyed and received 25% discount off meals. I 've got to say for a specialised steakhouse it was really appalling. Won 't ever go back

After we waited for an hour to eat and watched 6 tables that came after us and were served up to 20 minutes before us. the staff had the opportunity to use their “new” employees as excuses when they had clearly forgotten our meal. the meals were a canvas, the steaks were over cooked/burned and the hewn was not properly cooked, almost raw. would not recommend to ever come here.
We came here for lunch and got the $9.95 lunch special. I ordered the hot dog and my friend got the beef wrap. Pretty average but couldn't complain as it was so cheap! Friendly service and family friendly.
Great restaurant, kid friendly better to go when they aren't so busy I like there salmon, chips and salads. The burgers are nice to. There have some good cocktails like mudslide and Long Island Iced tea.
we are masters! they know our face as soon as we go in! great eating excellent staff! best Hogs atmosphere I was also more attentive coworkers. they will not repent.
