Perfect for our needs, conveniently located just off the motorway and a short drive to Liverpool. The hotel may not have the newest exterior, but the interior is charming with modern decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offers a wide variety to suit different preferences, and there’s plenty available. The restaurant serves nice food at reasonable prices. Our room included a fridge, which was very useful. We had a double bed with a shower, sofa, iron, and TV, all of which met our needs. Despite being close to the motorway, it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

Overall, the hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the shower area, which is more of a maintenance issue than a housekeeping problem. The type of material used on the ceiling isn't suitable for such a damp environment. To make matters worse, it was evident that old mold had simply been painted over. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value.
