Food was ice cold despite being ordered toasted, fifteen minutes of our twenty minute wait for our food was spent watching the sandwich artist hang idly by the register, and when asked why our veggie sandwich didn’t have the veggie patty, the employee simply shrugged and said they were out. That’s cool, that’s understandable, but it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time. When asked if we could just be charged for the veggie delight instead, the employee again shrugged us away. Nine times out of ten I’m not a complainer. The sandwiches at this location are more expensive than usual. Where a Spicy Italian or basic footlong at any other Subway would be $6.99……it is $8.49 at this location. I would avoid eating at this location and visit another Subway nearby.
