Decided to come here on a Monday night. Not my first time at a Hooters restaurant, and probably my second or third time (and last at this location. Took roughly 10 minutes for a waitress to come and take the drink order. Fortunately my guest and I went ahead and placed the order for our meals at the same time. After the drinks were brought over, I’d say at least 35 minutes passed before the food arrived. My guest and I ordered a margarita daiquiri, and we both ordered the fish sandwich (easy peasy to cook . The waitress came over at some point closer to the 35 minute mark and asked if everything was okay. I shook my head. She at least apologized for the wait, and asked if we wanted a drink....
Horrible experience from the moment I walked in no one greeted me I stood there for minutes trying to figure out where to pick up to go orders. I finally just asked the lady at the bar and she told me here at the bar but never acknowledged me until I approached her. At that time she told me my food would be ready in 3minutes because that is what they cook relayed to her. As I was waiting I observed one of the cooks push the trash down with his gloves on and went to the freezer to get fries and drop them and came back to the table to continue making food with the same gloves. I politely called him over to ask him if he could change his gloves before making my food. He had the nerve to act as...
I'm here now. I come all the time and I usually have a great experience. But today was NOT one of those days. I planned on sitting in today. The server that greeted me ignored me when I asked for a table. A family came in behind me, and I wanted to see if she would seat them. The server seated the people behind me right away. The wings are great, the to go lady is wonderful, but the dine in experience, ????????
Me and my family came last Friday my server “Chyna” was not attentive at all and she had an attitude when we asked about our order. The vibe of the restaurant was fine but the manager needs to check her for the way she acted. That’s not a good representation of the company

The food was well-prepared, not overcooked at all. Our server was very polite and attentive to our needs, although it seemed like they were the only one assisting all the guests. The only downside was that they didn't have bacon-wrapped wings. Lol!
On 12/17 we went in to dine in but got seated and never got attended after waiting 20 minutes at the table the waiters would just walk by and attend the people who where coming in we just sat and waited there so we got up and left
Service was great! Food on the other hand was way off...chicken was bland and undercooked, fries too salty and the fish had more batter than fish. Overall, I was disappointed for it to be my first visit
The worst customer service experience you could imagine. Food is decent though… if it ever arrives at your table.

Had the Buffalo shrimp it was delicious with fries also delicious .
