We booked a table last night for 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. From the second we arrived they asked did we want a high chair but then complained there was no room for it to be at the table. We were then rushed to order our food by a waiter with a bad attitude. Then all 6 of us ended up eating our cold starters separately after waiting around 45 minutes for the first one to arrive. We went as a family of 6x and a 6month infant booked a table for 18:30, it was a bad vibe from the start they didn’t seem happy that we all wasn’t ordering the banquet the attitude was poor they wasn’t accommodating over the infant. We then hadn’t had our mains after 1hr 30mins when we raised this the lady had a very very bad attitude and argued with us so much so the young manager apologised for her behaviour and ordered her to calm down! I recently had dinner at this restaurant and it was a delightful experience. The price per person was over £100 but it was worth every penny. The food was exceptional, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff and quick service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, I would give it a 5 out of 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Crispy Chicken Spring Rolls and the Braised Duck with Honey Lemon Sauce, and don't forget to start with some Prawn Crackers.
The restaurant offers delicious food with plenty of seating options. The dishes were served hot, especially the chicken toast and salt and pepper ribs that I ordered. It's rare to find a place that serves chicken toast, but I highly recommend trying it. The staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our meal. Food was beautiful and the service was great. We had a birthday and they were so helpful with the cake even adding more candles. My only grumble was the air conditioning which made it bone chillingly cold as we were sat very close to the vent, so take a jumper or carry just in case!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Booked are table 5 days ago arrived 10 mins early was told table not ready waited over half an hr totally unorganised chaos soup sent back like dish water full of grease main meal was lovely though staff rushed of their feet private party in situ and staff up the wall would not recommend for special occasion
I was really disappointed last night when I went to Ho’s for tea with friends. Soup and starters were fine but the main meals were inedible. Far too much salt and crispy chicken hard enough to break your teeth. Manager was quite hostile when we complained. They did however not charge us for the main meal.
