My fishing mate Dom asks me out to lunch at Hosokawa today. It's been 18 months since my last visit when I rated our lunch 4.0/5.0 Arriving at 11.40am I am surprised to see only 3 vacant tables. I see two waitresses run off their feet taking orders and serving meals. Menus are provided and I ask for Green Tea which is promptly delivered, flavourful and piping hot. When our lunch order is taken, I notice the vacant tables are now occupied and many of the diners are Japanese or Chinese. Our teacups are topped up by the attentive waitress.
