Great ambience. A menu to suit a wide range of palates. Some hidden gems of wines that are quite well-priced. We were a table of 5 on a very busy evening (Wallabies vs England). So there were a few hiccups with our food. But I must really commend the CUSTOMER-SERVICE is world class. Piotr and Indi were incredible in their service and attention at the front of house to compensate for any issues from back of house. Thank you so much to these 2 incredible waitstaff that truly walk the talk of the customer is always right . You really should be commended on your SERVICE. People don 't necessarily remember what you do, but they always remember how you make them feel!
The John Dory in bouillabaisse sauce was fabulous, as was the wood-oven roasted flounder. Both are terrific dishes. On the other hand, the fish cakes (last night’s special) did not measure up. Instead of being true, sautéed fish cakes, they were deep-fried balls of fish, which were a little dull. Nonetheless, the overall food and ambience were so enjoyable that we still give Hotel Centennial five stars. It’s a delightful place!
I visited here for a work function. Honestly... amazing food. I didn't take any photos but each dish that came out was superb. The steak was cooked to perfection so incredibly flavoursome and tender. The fish was delicate and delicious. The chicken was cooked just right. Great ambience within the dining area. They called a taxi for us as it was raining when we were leaving. Also, immaculate bathrooms. Highly recommend.
I attended a luncheon at The Apartment yesterday. The venue, the cooking, the serving, the table setting – everything was perfect. The company was fabulous too. But quite honestly, I’ve been around for a long time and I cook, but the cuisine at this luncheon was FAB-U-LOUS. I’d give the hotel and staff 10 stars if I could. S

Well appointed restaurant, our group of 7 arrived for sunday lunch. 5 ordered the roast, the heat was undercooked on 4 of the 5. See photo. Pork cutlet outstanding. Service a little pushy, not listening to the group with upsell, menu suggestions. The service charge on a Sunday was annoying.
Although the decor seemed outdated and there was quite a bit of noise from a large group, the food was absolutely heavenly. Moreover, the service we received was exceptional. I didn't manage to catch the name of our server, but she was a delightful and friendly young lady from Ireland.
Was our first visit and can we say, you won't be disappointed, Food and the Wine list all outstanding, attention to detail, first class, Service faultless, very friendly staff, highly recommended

It's a nice place to get together. You will feel like you are in your apartment enjoying. Service was good. Road side parking was available.
