I visited Huddle House on a Sunday afternoon for a late breakfast. It was quite busy, and we were initially told the wait would be about 30 minutes, but we were seated in just 10 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff here were incredibly friendly and even offered to call us when our table was ready, so we could wait comfortably in our car. During our meal, multiple servers checked on us, ensuring we never had to wait long for our food or drink refills. We started with the blueberry muffin bites, which were tasty. We waited over an hour for our food, which was at best mediocre and served lukewarm. We noticed four tables that arrived after us being served before us. We had to request the check three times, but it never came. Each time we asked, the waitress would just move on to other tasks. Eventually, we had to tell them that we couldn't wait another hour for the check and that if they didn't expedite it, we wouldn't be able to stay to pay. I absolutely do NOT recommend this restaurant. We will NOT be returning. Save your time and money!
The wait staff were rude, curt, and avoided eye contact; they seemed almost fearful of customers yet came across as somewhat aggressive. Overall, the experience was quite awkward. On another note, they don’t serve wraps on the weekend—only bowls—and no French toast either. I think I’ll stick with Waffle House next time, thanks. Also, I’m still waiting on my coffee, and my friend asked for her sauce on the side.
I visited this restaurant to order oatmeal to go and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a tiny 0.2 oz cup of oatmeal. During this time, the waitress was consistently seating other customers. Waiting 20 minutes for just one item is simply unacceptable. After all that time, I was disappointed to receive only a half cup of oatmeal.

The worst experience ever! The food was cold and excessively greasy. We waited over an hour for our meals, even though there were only two other tables occupied, and they arrived after us but got their food first. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. I truly regret spending $104 there.
Kennedy at the Jonesboro Huddle House is fabulous! We are weekly regulars because of her! Food is delicious, fresh, and we really enjoy Kennedy! I recommend bringing your family for an amazing breakfast with Kennedy!!!
