These restaurants are rapidly heading down a path toward failure. I doubt they will stay in business much longer for all the typical reasons. I've encountered rude employees who seem to only last a few weeks before being replaced by others who aren't much better. The food quality has been inconsistent, and they often run out of basic supplies like sesame seeds and pepperoni. Very poor service. Ordered my food on the app for pick up for convenience. Got to the establishment walked in waited at the counter for 5 to 6 minutes was asking for help saying hello knocking on the door and counter. Finally, the manager came around the corner didn’t say anything about me waiting there or give me a greeting. I told him I was waiting and asking for help. He apparently was outback with another coworker. Very disappointed as per. I had to be home to feed my family. When I got home, my pizza was cold.

The sandwich was decent, and the pizza crust was quite good. However, it took just over an hour for the delivery to arrive, as they were short on drivers, which caused some delays.
