I have officially added this restaurant to my list of must-visit spots in NYC. I always walked by and wanted to try it out, and I'm so glad I finally did! The hostess was very kind and managed to fit us in even though we didn't have a reservation, which we really appreciated. Every dish we tried, from the scallion pancakes to the soup dumplings and DanDan noodles, was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices as well. My favorite dish was the ginger duck, which I will definitely be ordering again in the future. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. I can't wait to return, as this will be my new go-to spot. The food and service were both amazing, bravo!
Party of 4, no reservations, were seated in minutes. Service was fast, friendly and helpful. Everything we ordered was really very good. The lamb cumin, and pork soup dumplings were especially good. But the tea smoked duck was absolutely phenomenal. Imean really, really exceptional. The smoky flavor, succulent meat and crisp skin were perfect. I cannot recommend this dishhighly enough. Our server Andy was attentive and we never had to look for him. Excellent experience all around and willdefinitely be back! ???? The food at this restaurant was fantastic, with some dishes being quite spicy! I particularly enjoyed the Grandma's Tofu, as well as the Singapore mei fun, spicy lamb, and duck. It seemed like there were even more gluten free options available than what was on the menu.
