Food was nice, but some waiting staff seem a little inexperienced to be front of house for a restaurant that obviously prides itself on good Tripadvisor reviews. Buffet was quite expensive, and the restaurant honestly seem a bit nervous about losing money, hence the rules surrounding the buffet: Leftover food can 't be taken home (fair enough) excess leftover food may be charged for, everyone on the table must east the buffet, (so one person can not eat from the normal menu if others in the party are eating from the buffet). Have heard good things about this place but tried booking a reservation through their website and didn't get a response. Tried phoning 12 times and the phone never got answered, left voicemails for them but nobody has called back. Will look elsewhere for a place that values the customer. Further to their response its not a strange review its an honest opinion and your response suggesting I'm picky is not what I was expecting not what I was expecting from a business. Some of the best Indian cuisine we've ever had! Brought my grandparents here as we'd heard good things, and we were all very pleased with our experience. Food was fresh, generously portioned and delicious. We ordered an array of items and each one did not fail to impress. Service was excellent, some of the waiting staff seemed anxious or at least new/young, but the owner Max was both attentive and hospitable, and an absolute pleasure to talk to We would return just for his service, if not the amazing food. We ordered lamb tikka and the meat was so tough and badly cooked we could not eat it. The Dhansak had uncooked lentils in it and was poorly prepared. The nan breads were stone cold. All in all we will not be eating here again very dissappointing and for what we paid 70 quid a rip off!

On a Saturday night it was so noisy, you get immediate drinks service but the food took quite a while and everything seems to be more red than we expected. It's OK and clearly very popular but I had expected more due to the ratings.
The team here do all they can to ensure that you have the best experience. The food Is fresh and flavoursome. I enjoy the customer service. I have eaten in and taken out. The banquet is such great value for Money.
Honestly one of the best Indians I've ever had. On top of the amazing food, every single member of staff was friendly, smiley and attentive! Very happy :
