We stopped here for lunch on our way home today. I ordered the biscuit and gravy, which comes with 2 eggs(however you want them cooked), 4 sausage links, and hashbrowns. I also ordered cinnamon donut holes with caramel , and my black coffee. I am absolutely stuffed. The service here is great. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and the food was really good and hot. Prices are pretty good as well. Family friendly. I have been to this location in Jonesboro before, and I am never disappointed.
This was my family's first visit since the major remodel on June 18, 2023. The restaurant looks great now, and they finally replaced that awful carpet. Unfortunately, the gentleman who seated us was quite unfriendly. I attempted to compliment the updates, but he completely ignored me. On a brighter note, our lovely waitress Alexis came over promptly, apologized for the rudeness, and did an excellent job keeping our drinks filled and checking in on us. Her positive attitude made a big difference in our experience.
We had an outstanding experience at the restaurant! I can’t recall my server's name, but he was amazing! He frequently checked on us and was especially great with my toddler. Since my youngest was born just before lockdown, he isn’t accustomed to dining out and tends to get overwhelmed in restaurant settings. The server took the time to engage with my son and really listened to him, which was wonderful! I truly appreciate those who take pride in their work. We will definitely be returning to IHOP!
This where my husband ate out tonight. All the way from Newport. Fast food service, but they were very easy under staffed. They were able to keep up with any drinks. I had one glass of tea. I wasn't offered a refill til it was time for us to leave. Three tables of 2 customers in whole restaurant at the time. The restrooms definitely need TLC. Food was great. Other than that it was great! Keep pushing strong and never give up. Workers were friendly.

It's always a pleasure to eat at IHOP when the manager Nicole is there. She took our order, and made sure everything was correct, before putting the order in. It's not understaffed anymore like it was previously. Our food didn't take long to be brought out. The food was hot an delicious when we got it. They also are back to full menu. I would definitely recommend eating there. If she's there ask for Nicole she will get you right.
Went 2 days ago. Got the big brunch burger, fries, and a dr pepper and we all ordered some appetizers. Very yummy. Burger had a potato pancake, a runny fried egg, bacon, and of course cheese. Fries were perfectly salty and crispy. And i of course had to add some of the hot sauce that was on the table. Am definitely going back one day. I thought they were breakfast only. Glad i was proven wrong.
My friend and I had a lovely lunch here and enjoyed our experience overall. Our waitress, who I think was named Queen, was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the strawberry protein pancakes and the sugar-free syrup, which I was pleasantly surprised to find. I would definitely return for another omelette!
The go to place for good comfort food coffee. Good selection on senior menu. Food is hot and well prepared. Seems to be new management these days as place is cleaner and wait service is much better. The only reason I didn’t give 5 is the tables chairs need repairs. Wobbling tables and chairs are not conducive to a great meal.

My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast at this IHOP location. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it was worth it. Our waitress provided excellent service and made sure we had everything needed. I especially enjoyed the blueberry pancakes. We would definitely visit this location again while traveling.
