Had breakfast here for a family of 4. The service was very slow, and they didn't follow who came in first, the server just went up to the table she like more I guess. The steak was too well done, I requested for medium well, however all other meals cameout right. Overall it was good, but the service needs to be improved. Update: Was here again after about 10 days, waited to beacknowledged for 20 minutes, before we were seated. Waited another 25 minutes to get our order taken. I really don't know what'sgoing on here, the restaurant wasn't busy, so I just don't understand. The waitress got our drinks order wrong, then the foodorder wrong as well. Was really disappointed with the service.
Honestly, the food here is consistently good and spot on. However, the service at night is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get seated, we never received water, our food arrived very slowly, and the check never came. On the other hand, morning service has always been great. There’s a lady named Avery, I believe, and a man with tattoos whose name I can’t recall. Both are excellent servers and provide great service. If you visit, I recommend going in the morning—even though it’s busier—because the service is fantastic then.
Eight of us arrived at 1:15 feeling extremely hungry. We were pleasantly surprised by the service at this restaurant, especially considering our previous disappointing experience at a nearby pizza place. The staff was able to seat and serve us promptly, and we were in and out within an hour, which felt like a miracle. The food was delicious and satisfying, but it was the exceptional service that truly made our experience memorable. The staff was friendly and efficient throughout our time there.
We waited an astonishing 75 minutes for our food, but it never arrived. During that time, more than half of the other customers left. Many people who ordered after us were served before we even got a chance to eat. After an hour of waiting, our waiter even asked if we wanted to stay or leave. We chose to wait, but when we saw diners who arrived well after us being served, it became clear that our orders hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen until we had already waited for about an hour.

I ordered a full stack of pumpkin pancakes with a side of bacon, and it was absolutely delicious! I really liked that they bring a carafe of coffee, so I didn’t have to wait for refills. My server was friendly and attentive throughout. I’m also happy this location is open 24/7. Many places that used to be open all night before the pandemic haven’t returned to those hours, and some of us do get hungry late at night!
A group of 8 of us came in at 1:15am and were desperately hungry. We expected the worst after our experience trying to order pizza nearby but the service was great. They had us in and out of there within an hour which felt like an absolute miracle at the time. The food was solid and really hit the spot given all the circumstances but the service is what really stood out. Friendly and efficient at all hours!
We visit IHOP frequently and always appreciate how accommodating the staff is, especially when my little one takes time deciding. The menu offers consistently delicious options, and the atmosphere is warm with friendly, engaging people. Service is typically fast and accurate, but when it slows during busy times, the team is sincerely apologetic. We will definitely continue coming back to IHOP.
terrible! 9 tabs with 8 servers. 25 minutes to ask me what I want to drink. after another 10 minutes another woman went out and said I was rude and I would have waited another server for me. not quite rude, perhaps alittle affirmation. cold steak, egg and then they sent me pancakes! I despise it. guess. you have to go drunk to enjoy!

The presentation was underwhelming. The strawberry banana French toast had only five small banana slices and was lightly dusted with powdered sugar. My to-go order included just one syrup packet and no butter. For $11, I expected more than just two slices of bread.
