I used to love IHOP. A lot has changed over the years. Today, I placed an online order for pickup at the store. The wait staff was courteous. However, as I was pulling out away, my daughter discovered that her milkshake was missing. I pulled back in to parking lot to alert the staff. They quickly made the missing milkshake. I decided to make sure nothing else was missing. When I checked my bag again, I discovered that the scrambled eggs with cheese and the sausage links were also missing. My neighbor and I visited the ihop on Memorial Drive. Unfortunately, our usual server Renee was not working that day. We were seated promptly, but were left waiting for service for a long time. Two other customers who arrived after us were served quickly, so we decided to leave and go to Piccadilly Cafeteria instead. We will only return to ihop when Renee is working.
I saw the manager make a young waitress cry after verbally assaulting a customer and her. I had to comfort the waitress with a hug. I felt sorry for them and would not want to work in such a hostile environment. I will not be returning to this restaurant, as I fear the manager may lose his temper with me as well.
The Male manager is very unpleasant, the way he conducts business is very unprofessional. I sat near the kitchen with my wife and kids and all you can hear is him yelling at the employees. I dont usually make reviews but this is unacceptable conditions to work in. Someone needs to look into this more

The staff consistently go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, with ongoing social distancing measures in place. The food is expertly prepared and promptly served. The crepes are particularly exceptional, even when enjoyed plain!
My neighbor and I went to Ihop on Memorial Drive. Renee was gone today. A person brought us to a table. We sat there a reasonable time and nobody waited for us. Two others came from us and immediately got water. We went to Picadilly Cafeteria. We'll never go back to ihop if Renee doesn't work.
The restaurant was packed. We waited for about 15 minutes on a Saturday at around 11:30. The staff was extremely friendly. Prices for dishes ranged from $7 to $15. The cleanliness rating was between 3 and 4 out of 5. As with all IHOP locations, the food arrived quickly and was delicious.
I went to this restaurant for Mother's Day with my sisters, and our waitress was a petite girl with a nose ring and blonde hair in a bun. I can't recall her name, but she was amazing, and the food was quite good too. Thank you!

This restaurant has the absolute best mother and daughter team working late nights. They are like an IHop dream team, providing friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this location.
omelet was hot and tasted super. the regular pancakes were dry and hard. should improve if they get more help.
