To make matters worse, our orders were incorrect, despite the ticket reflecting what we asked for. It seemed like the cook just wasn't paying attention. The chef didn't even know how to make a crepe, so Ana had to step in and handle that herself, which was really sweet of her.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. It felt like Ana was prepared for failure, much like the rest of the restaurant, which appears to have hired a cook who is not up to the task. It’s a shame, and I really hope management makes some changes because, at this rate, the restaurant won't survive. I get that it's an IHOP, but this is still unacceptable, even by their standards. It might be better to go to a Waffle...
My grandson I stopped for breakfast. It was terrible. Everything was bad. Eggs undercooked runny. Hash browns undercooked cold. Sausage undercooked cold. Waitress was young pleasant. After I told her, manager reduced bill. I know iHop is failing nationwide so I should have never gone there. I certainly will never go again. Pity, as years ago they were good.
It was a nice experience today. My girls wanted to go here for their birthdays and it was very slow, but the waiter was extremely nice, and gave excellent customer service.

Tina was our server, and she was incredibly friendly and attentive. She genuinely was the best server we've had in a long time!
