If you don't like working there, dont Buy and large and they don't fill it up. Same size as a normal When asked can you please fill the container as thats what Im paying for Response we are instructed to only use one spoon of rice and one spoon of curry That's fine, then maybe to demonstrate potions you can display your spoons instead Seriously its economies of scale here. Volume of customers make money. Not saving on rice grains and beans. Cheap arses. Some FREE advice for you.
Iku Wholefood is all about organic whole foods; Nutritious, balanced food. Food that I’ve been lacking recently. Luckily I had arranged a catch-up lunch with a friend who is vegetarian and he suggested Iku. All we knew was that it was somewhere on Glebe Point Rd but fortunately the entire store front is bright orange and sticks out from the surrounding stores. Here, they believe that nutritious food is essential for health and vitality. When written down, that makes perfect sense but my brain often translates it as “if there’s green, it’s good” (see: guacamole on nachos).
As a student up the road usyd, I find myself eating here at least once a week and I have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. The staff are all SO lovely, friendly, patient and helpful. My faves are the burger, the pie and the tart I'm also a fan of their chai! Do try it. Oh, also the EDEN apple/ginger drink in the fridge...fresh and has a fab zing. Just love this place and love the staff, I will be coming here for a long time and highly recommend it.
eat good when they feel like a healthy option. I drank some of their salads freshly. the rice paper rolls with hoisin are a popular, generous filling with noodles and fresh crumbs. also the hot dishes are good. all foods are decent, not amazing, but reliable and consistent quality.

I doubt that I'll ever buy into the whole fashionably organic and health conscious lifestyle embodied in the slogan eat well be well , but in an attempt to show me that vegans do actually eat, Myles took me to the original Iku Wholefood cafe
I've been kissing the rice paper roll with noodles, Shishatake-Pilz and others. it was a really easy and healthy eating, but filling and hearty. full of fresh vegetables and noodles for the carbs. it was great.
I like all foods Iku offers but on windy days their laksa is definitely my favourite. Unlike other Asian laksa the broth is not as heavy and more curry like. Also their salads are great with yummy dressings .
iku is a large chain store for healthier vegan foods, they have made in the regular some Asian dishes as well as lasagne, pies pastires etc., all in a whole food plant style! definitely worth a try.

I'm going to iku when I feel like I've been pampering too much in unhealthy ways of life, but I don't feel like I'm missing. the salate here are so good. friendly staff.
I have been eating here for a few years and have always enjoy their meals. Good wholesome food. Just the right portion to fill you. Yum yum.
