This tiny place was about the only thing open on a frigidly cold day in February, so it was full when we got there. But we waited only a few minutes until a table was available. I had the jarret of pork (also known as a ham hock or pig knuckle) which was very good. My wife the had baeckoeffe (a stew of mixed meats and vegetables) which she enjoyed very much. Service was quick, efficient, and cheerful.

Kaysersberg has been voted the prettiest village in France and it's easy to see why. The (oddly named) Inca is on the quiet main pedestrian street and the outside seating overlooks the impressive Germanic Hotel de Ville. We enjoyed a breakfast of coffee and ham/cheese tartes flambées. Friendly efficient service and the bill for two was a reasonable €12.80.
A real family run little place. Seemed like mum and dad taking orders and bringing drinks and their daughter making the crepes and Flammenkuchen We shared the traditional Flammenkuchen with bacon, onions and sour cream and it was excellent. Washed down with a local brew not a bad snack option. Service friendly and swift
For hamburgers, the bread is too dry, the steak is a real and good, the doses are not equal to others, they have had 3 tomatoes, I didn't have one, I had only 1 pickle, small sauce and as the name suggests in a CHEESBURGER (normally) there is training and there was no contract, and not tenit Book a table now
Honteux catch the tourist to avoid pleasant very long and the table of 3 the dishes does not arrive at the same request without flat onions arrived with onions and it is our fault left without eating and it does not disturb them frankly for them
Very disappointing, deplorable and cold welcome, they do not take the restaurant tickets. Steak haché frites 12€ frankly zero pointed ben yes no child menu
For a good cold beer or some wine this is the place to be in Kaysersberg. You als can eat here but this I never tried. Happy with the beer :
